Very reasonable weekly and monthly oceanfront rentals located in a private setting - between the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and Banana River. The beach is breathtaking--miles and miles of white sand, and the ocean is great for swimming; Our beach is broad with a gradual sloping, which makes it great for kids, too! If you like to surf, this is the spot for it! Even the locals surf in this area. We're not like Miami, nor even Daytona--this is a quiet, lovely, laid-back beach town.

The condos are in a six-unit bldg, located just outside the city limits, on a very private stretch of the beach. The 1-BR courtyard unit is a ground floor ; the 2-BR is a second story unit; there are two sets of stairs which must be climbed to get to the 2-BR unit.

2 BR UNIT approx 1200 sq.ft.; Second story /direct ocean with large balcony overlooking the Atlantic. Magnificent ocean view from your LR and master BR--Large LR/DR combination/large fully furnished kitchen/king size bed in master BR/double and twin in second BR. Two full ceramic baths.

1 BR UNIT approx 900 sq.ft.; LR/DR combination/fully furnished kitchen/queen size bed in master BR and sleeper sofa in LR/large ceramic bath.

BOTH UNITS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED/EXTREMELY CLEAN.

Deposits: $150 REFUNDABLE security deposit required

Payment Policies: No credit cards; personal checks accepted. Half of rent required to reserve condo; remainder plus $150.00 security deposit and $75.00 cleaning fee due upon arrival.

RATES FOR 1 BR-4 PEOPLE, 2 BR-6 PEOPLE, $50 ADD'L FOR PET.

Cancellations: Reservation deposit returnable, less $50 admin fee, if 60-day notice given.

Arrival/Departure: 1 BR AVAILABLE FOR SIX MONTH RENTAL OR LESS. 3 NIGHT MINIMUM - LOW SEASON ONLY IN 2BR ($150 night)

Tax: 10% resort tax added to all rental fees

Entertainment: SPECTACULAR VIEW OF SPACE SHUTTLE LAUNCHES FROM OUR DECK. Wake up and see the sun rising over the Atlantic--view the sunsets on the Banana River, just across the way. Step out on your balcony and watch the pelicans dive; occasionally catch a glimpse of dolphins and other forms of sea life.

Take an evening stroll and try your luck at shelling, or better still, be the first one on the beach in the morning. Who knows what you might find!!

If you like to fish, bring your gear and try fishing in the surf right out front! Maybe you'd like to catch your evening meal.

While you're in the area don't miss the quaint and "artsy" Cocoa Village. It's just across the Indian River and has many trendy restaurants and specialty shops!

TO TOP IT OFF, nearby are numerous golf courses, state-of-the-art fitness center, miniature golf, deep sea fishing, wildlife viewing, shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, swimming, boating, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, jet-skiing, shelling, Kennedy Space Center, Orlando's Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World; Ron Jon's Surf Shop and rentals, cruises available from our own Port Canaveral, Daytona Speedway an hour and a half away.

Area: We're the closest beach to Orlando, which means you can take in the attractions there and return here to your "home away from home". Cocoa Beach Country Club, with its beautiful golf course and solar heated lap pool, is only five minutes away. One of the highlights of your trip should be Kennedy Space Center and Spaceport USA, which are only 20 minutes away.

You'll have the convenience of condominium living, coupled with the tranquility of sandy beaches at your doorstep. There's jogging golfing, fishing, cycling - the choice is yours!

Children are welcome! Our goal is to make your vacation as pleasant as possible by allowing you to make all the choices once you're here. IN OTHER WORDS, YOU ARE FREE TO ENJOY YOURSELF WITHOUT A LOT OF RULES. We do allow small pets with a deposit.
